SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping: $8.50 (Urban and Non-Rural).
Rural Delivery: $14.50 (RD Addresses).
All orders are sent via NZ Post Tracked Courier.
Unsure if your address is Rural? Please check via the NZ Post Postcode Finder. We reserve the right to hold orders until the rural surcharge is cleared.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke GPX trophies, these items are non-refundable once production begins.
Standard Collection: For non-custom items, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition.
Damaged Items: If your trophy arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 7 days. We will work with you to find the best solution.
